Mind-blowing experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Natalya who made the kids' stay unforgettable. The pools and kids club were jaw-dropping. The food in the restaurant was excellent, especially the borsch. The accommodation was of high European standard, very clean and luxurious. The nature surrounding the resort was breathtaking. Oleg at reception was always happy to help. The staff, including Mariana and the restaurant staff, were great. The security guards/porters were amazing, carrying our luggage to the top floor. We had a fantastic holiday thanks to all of you. Thank you for making our stay extraordinary!

I always come back here for my city break. They have everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, pools, fitness center, games, ski equipment. The staff even helped me find a taxi once. 100% satisfied. No pets, no smoking. Perfect.

For the value we paid, the experience we had at the resort was exceptional. The room was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was simply breathtaking, surrounded by stunning nature. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, with Oleg at the reception being particularly friendly and helpful. From Mariana in the hotel to the restaurant staff and security guards/porters, everyone made our holiday truly memorable.
Breakfast choices could be improved, with the order of dishes sometimes being mixed up. However, the food itself was delicious and the staff always made up for it with their courteous and friendly service.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with directions during my first stay and I continue to come back. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and a spa & wellness centre. Coming back for New Year!

Our family had an amazing time at Ведмежа Гора Family Resort & Spa! The staff was so helpful and kind, the rooms were nice, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We all enjoyed the breathtaking views from our windows and the delicious breakfast included. The on-site restaurant, Koluba, served the best food in town. The free breakfasts were excellent, and we loved the variety of facilities, including the heated pools and the great spa. The mini-zoo on the grounds was also a big hit with the kids. it was a perfect stay!
Would recommend this hotel.
